A vivid nose of wildflower honey and apple blossoms is supported by orange marmalade. Apple pie spice intermingles with classic cider flavors culminating in an opulent finish.

Additional Notes: 500 gallons of apple juice were frozen for 9 days at 11F. The tanks went through a 3 week thaw/freeze cycle to yeild 144 gallons of juice at 36.1 Brix
