A fruit forward nose of strawberry, cranberry, and candied cherry evolves into a soft toastiness. The palate warms with a spice mix of cloves and cinnamon.

Additional Notes: Pumpovers during fermentation 1-2x per day, .5 hours each time; wine rested in barrel for ~5 months
